Key Role in Formulation Development:

The Research and Development Executive will play a key role in developing formulations that meet international standards for makeup and skincare products.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Formulation Development: Lead the development process of new and innovative formulations aligning with international standards and industry trends.
  • Product Innovation: Conduct research to introduce new ingredients technologies and formulations creating cutting-edge products meeting consumer needs and preferences.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing ensuring formulations are safe effective and compliant with regulatory standards for global markets.
  • Lab Establishment: Assist in setting up state-of-the-art R&D laboratories including selecting equipment establishing protocols managing lab resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development marketing manufacturing teams ensuring seamless transitions from concept to production.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all formulations tests results providing detailed reports to management stakeholders.
