Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Member of Technical Staff. This is a critical role that requires expertise in designing and implementing backend infrastructure and APIs, writing high-quality code, and troubleshooting applications.

This position involves collaboration with the team to discuss and implement ideas, build responsive, robust, and optimized applications, and troubleshoot & debug applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI integration into production systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Backend Infrastructure and APIs: Develop scalable, distributed systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, and principles like the CAP theorem and fault tolerance.
  • Write High-Quality Code: Write readable, robust, and scalable code that meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Troubleshoot Applications: Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6–10 years of experience in software development with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in building complex, high-performance systems.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in building end-to-end AI/ML applications using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, with strong MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of RESTful services, Kafka-based messaging, multithreading, and inter-process communication. Proficient in RDBMS (SQL), familiar with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and well-versed in object-oriented design and design patterns.
