Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to join our team. This senior financial role requires expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.

About the Role:

This Senior Financial Strategist will report directly to the Director of Finance and will work closely with the Corporate HQ Finance team. The key responsibilities include preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports, analyzing revenue and gross margin trends, and providing actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports highlighting key performance indicators and variances
  • Analyze revenue and gross margin trends in collaboration with market leads
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data to support business decisions
  • Lead the markets in populating financial templates and reporting requirements
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reports

Requirements:

  • CA or MBA degree with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience working with a multinational corporation in corporate BP&A or FP&A role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
