About the Role

At Visionify, we're pushing the boundaries of Computer Vision and AI to make a tangible impact on everyday life. We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sr. Computer Vision Engineer to spearhead our roadmap and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop cutting-edge Computer Vision solutions that align with business objectives, leveraging frameworks like PyTorch and NVIDIA TensorRT.
  • Design and implement efficient PyTorch models for various runtime environments, including NVIDIA Jetson and TensorRT.
  • Collaborate with the development team, providing guidance and support to accelerate their deliverables and develop robust ML/Computer Vision algorithms.
  • Explore and visualize data to identify patterns and optimize model performance in real-world scenarios.
  • Establish processes for data acquisition, model training, prototype development, and active retraining.
  • Source open-source datasets for prototyping and develop pipelines for data processing, augmentation, training, inference, and active retraining.
  • Train models, tune hyperparameters, analyze errors, and design strategies to overcome them.
  • Deploy models to production, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of industry experience, with exceptional candidates with less experience welcome to apply.
  • Proven expertise in Image & Video Processing, including OpenCV, GStreamer, Tensorflow, PyTorch, TensorRT, and Model Training/Inference.
  • Sound knowledge of deep learning classification models, including ResNet, Inception, VGG, and object detection models like MobileNet, SSD, Yolo, FastRCNN, and MaskRCNN.
  • Excellent understanding of PyTorch, Torchvision, and writing training routines, with the ability to update models, add/drop features, and visualize performance.
  • Experience with Colab, Jupyter Notebook, CUDA/GPU, CNN visualization techniques, and strong understanding of Computer Vision and Realtime Video Processing techniques.
  • Strong Python coding skills, with experience in writing reusable code and working with OpenCV, Scikit packages.
  • Experience with the NVIDIA platform, including Deepstream and TensorRT, and proficiency with AWS SageMaker.
  • Experience with databases, including Elasticsearch, SQL, NoSQL, Hive, and experience in a cloud environment for software development and deployment.
  • Experience with GPU-based training infrastructures and Docker.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and MLOps best practices for production Machine Learning systems.
