MDM Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced MDM Technical Lead to lead the development and implementation of Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance of critical business data across platforms.

The role requires deep technical expertise in data modeling, integration, transformation, cloud data platforms, and data management principles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing robust MDM solutions using Informatica MDM
  • Defining and developing matching, survivorship, deduplication, and data quality rules to create and maintain Golden Records
  • Building and executing scalable MDM business cases, technical roadmaps, and frameworks for value realization
  • Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise data management and 5+ years specializing in Informatica MDM
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven expertise in implementing MDM strategies across multiple domains (Customer, Vendor, Product, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality processes, and master/slave architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Informatica MDM and CDGC Certifications
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working with large-scale global data programs
