Graphic Design Specialist Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled graphic design specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic and web design, with experience creating marketing and sales collaterals including product and service decks, print design (brochures, standees, business cards, banners), whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and more.

The successful candidate will be able to create engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads. They should also have solid web design experience, with a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including product and service decks, print designs, and digital ads.
  • Create engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet stakeholder needs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic and web design, preferably in the B2B tech product/service space.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools like Figma, Miro, Canva Pro, and Google Slides/Presentation.
  • Strong understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
