Statistical Analyst Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented statistical analyst to join our team. As a statistical analyst, you will be accountable for accurate and on-time delivery of multiple and concurrent statistical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accuracy: Ensure all statistical deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy.
  • Accountability: Take ownership of projects and deliver results on time.
  • Statistical Analysis: Conduct small to medium-scale projects and research through all stages: concept formulation, definition of metrics, determination of appropriate statistical methodology, research evaluation, and final research report.
  • Model Development: Independently develop and present statistically sound models using current, standard programs.
  • Troubleshooting: Apply industry techniques/ideas/trends to current systems and troubleshoot problems with internal departments.
  • Communication: Consult/explain complex statistical ideas to internal clients.
  • Project Management: Translate clients' needs into project plans, manage project deadlines, and lead low- to medium-level complexity projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in statistics/economics
  • 0-2 years prior experience with statistical analysis or modeling with large transactional databases
  • Good to have experience/exposure in statistical/data analytics field
  • Good to have experience/exposure conducting original research
  • Experience/project in statistical software environment is desired
