Job Title: Financial Analyst Trainee

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial analyst to support our finance team in day-to-day operations.

The trainee will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and general accounting processes. This is a great opportunity for candidates pursuing a career in finance or accounting to build a strong foundation in a professional setting.

Selected trainee's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Assist in preparing and generating financial reports.
  2. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  3. Support in daily accounting activities, including journal entries and ledger updates.
  4. Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts.
  5. Help monitor cash flow and financial performance.
  6. Maintain and update financial documentation and databases.
  7. Assist the finance team with audits and monthly closing procedures.
  8. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  2. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  3. Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or any accounting software is a plus.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good communication and organizational skills.
  6. Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
