Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Leader to spearhead our Procure to Pay process. The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a profound understanding of procurement processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), working closely with approvers to facilitate timely approvals and PO related queries, and maintaining accurate records of team performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all processes are followed correctly
  • Maintaining accurate records of team performance
  • Working with approvers to ensure timely approvals
  • Improving the 'Purchase to Pay' process
  • Monitoring and governing P2P sub-processes

Key qualifications include:

  • Finance and accounting exposure
  • End-to-end procurement process understanding
  • Hands-on experience in operating on Accounts Payable workflow
