Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist I to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and design data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, models, and business-facing reports and dashboards.
  • Design and implement advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling, simulation, and optimization.
  • Work closely with IT teams to develop and enhance data infrastructure, data pipelines, and analytical tools.
  • Communicate complex analyses to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data visualization tools, and statistical software packages.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
