Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned financial strategist to lead our finance team and drive business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions.
  • Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements, driving process improvements and mitigating risks.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead the FP&A team to deliver comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop detailed financial models to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, aligning financial plans with business objectives and ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization, driving sustainable cost savings.
  • Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis, providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate must possess a CA with 8-15 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, demonstrating expertise in fundraising, joint development agreements, statutory audits, and cost management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
