Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, JAVA, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications
  • Hands-on experience with Functional Testing and Automation Frameworks
  • Analyse and improve existing test automation strategies and processes
  • Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing
  • Empower and enhance delivery from offshore, ensuring close coordination and driving innovation and continuous improvement
  • Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements
  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs
  • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium
  • Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes
