Job Overview:

We're seeking Full-Stack engineers who excel in solving complex problems, writing efficient code, and experimenting with the latest AI models. If you're passionate about pushing boundaries and want your work to make a meaningful impact, this role may be for you.

What You'll Do:

Your daily tasks will include hands-on coding, problem-solving, and experimenting with AI models. You'll:

  • Develop and optimize AI models using production-ready code.
  • Evaluate model performance by testing and ranking outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Enhance code quality through reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to improve AI's usefulness, safety, and alignment with real-world needs.

Required Skills:

We're looking for developers with:

  • Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills (ES6+).
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfort with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Proficiency with Docker.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. fine-tuning, prompting).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
