We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing PR strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, including drafting press releases, media kits, Q&As, briefing documents, and executive bios.

A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field is required. Additionally, the candidate must have 3–7 years of experience in a public relations or media role (in-house or agency), a proven track record of securing media coverage, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, a strong media network and understanding of media landscape, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing PR strategies that drive business results
  • Drafting high-quality press releases, media kits, Q&As, and other materials that showcase our brand and products
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key journalists, media outlets, and influencers
  • Securing media coverage in top-tier, trade, and regional publications
  • Managing external PR agencies or freelancers as needed
  • Monitoring media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Handling crisis communications and reputation management when required
  • Working closely with internal teams to align messaging
  • Organizing press events, media briefings, and speaking engagements for executives
  • Reporting on PR performance metrics and media ROI
