Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Jira Engineer to join our team at Tekgence Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing workflows in Jira to support vulnerability management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Jira Process Engineering: Design and implement workflows in Jira to support vulnerability tracking, prioritization, and remediation efforts.
• Customization: Customize Jira dashboards, filters, and reporting tools to improve visibility into vulnerability status and progress.
• Automation: Develop automation rules in Jira to streamline repetitive tasks and ensure consistent processes are followed across teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with Jira, with a focus on process engineering and workflow optimization.
• Experience working in or supporting cybersecurity vulnerability teams, understanding vulnerability tracking, remediation, and risk management.

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Jira workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong background in process engineering and optimization, with the ability to design scalable workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management tools and cybersecurity best practices.
