Role Type: Individual Contributor

Location: Vadodara

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Manufacturing or Engineering roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

You will utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify and engage potential candidates, conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a talent pipeline, keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process, and staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the Manufacturing or Engineering sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully closing permanent or full-time employee (FTE) roles.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with hiring practices and labor laws in the US.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS systems.
