Management Accounts Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team in Indore. As a Management Accounts Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring all deliverables are accurately completed on time as per the agreed Service Level Agreement with clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned client portfolios, actively motivate, counsel, and support teams for goal congruence.
  • Provide volume-related matrices, alongside staff utilization and forecasted changes to senior management to ensure correct resourcing levels are in place.
  • Seek guidance from Manager in case of sensitive issues outside your control.
  • Work as a Subject Matter Expert and develop knowledge on cross-functional subjects like VAT, Payroll tax, and Corp. Tax.

A strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & IFRS is essential, with Lease Accounting knowledge preferred.


Requirements:
  • Post-graduate or CA (Intermediate) with 6-7 years of experience.
  • CA with post-qualification experience ranging from 2-5 years for Assistant Manager Level.
