Cluster Director

We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to lead our Training and Operations initiatives.

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure seamless operation of multiple centers within a designated cluster.
• Implement programs, oversee center-level activities, manage resources, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve organizational objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams for operational requirements.
• Train, mentor, and support center managers and staff to promote professional development and teamwork.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Manage resources effectively to maximize impact across all centers.
• Prepare regular reports on program outcomes and key metrics.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact for internal reviews and audits.

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in the skilling sector with a focus on mobilization and placements.
• Good experience in operations and team management skills.
