• Welcome guests warmly, making a lasting first impression.
• Efficiently manage reservations, waitlists and seating arrangements.
• Assist with menu queries, special requests and dietary needs.
• Build strong relationships with regular guests and recognize VIP customers.
• Handle feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with service staff, kitchen and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting reception area.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, professional and approachable personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in hospitality, F&B or guest relations is an asset.
• Ability to remain calm and positive in fast-paced environments.
