Senior Software Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop Oracle PCS workflows to automate business processes.
  2. Create and maintain database objects, procedures, functions, and packages in Oracle PL/SQL to support PCS/OIC integrations.
  3. Collaborate with finance teams and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing applications that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  4. Integrate PCS solutions with Oracle SaaS applications (Fusion HCM, Finance, SCM) and other enterprise systems via OIC integrations.
  5. Develop custom UI forms using Oracle VBCS to support process workflows.
  6. Optimize SQL queries and ensure efficient database interaction for process execution.
  7. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing PCS and PL/SQL components for performance and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PCS development and workflow automation.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages, performance tuning).
  • Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PCS, and VBCS.
  • Proficiency in SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Oracle SaaS integrations (ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • BPMN 2.0 and process modelling best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
