Job Title: Site Engineer-Office Interiors

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced site engineer to oversee office interior construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Conduct thorough site inspections to assess conditions, identify potential challenges, and gather information necessary for project planning and execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accurate implementation of design plans and specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that construction activities meet specified standards and project requirements.
  • Cost Management: Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses to support budgeting and cost control efforts.
  • Safety Protocols: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for all site personnel and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
