Job Overview

The Enterprise Technology Engineer will lead the maintenance and enhancement of enterprise monitoring platforms to identify and resolve network issues proactively. This involves configuring, optimizing, and integrating supervising tools to ensure accurate transparency of network health and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing enterprise monitoring systems for proactive issue resolution
  • Administering and maintaining monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Splunk, and AppDynamics
  • Developing new dashboards, alerts, and reporting capabilities for monitoring platforms
  • Integrating monitoring tools with ticketing systems for streamlined incident handling

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and enhancing enterprise monitoring platforms, proficiency in network monitoring and management tools, and strong understanding of network protocols.

Additional skills required include scripting knowledge, familiarity with APIs and integrations, and knowledge of network infrastructure components.

This role requires collaboration with network engineering and operations teams to align monitoring coverage with business needs and provide recommendations for process and tool improvements to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology with 3+ years of overall experience
  • Experience in handling large and complex IT operations and relationship management

Fundamental requirements include hands-on experience managing and enhancing enterprise monitoring platforms, proficiency in network monitoring and management tools, and strong understanding of network protocols.
