Job Summary


NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager Lead Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). The ideal candidate will have experience in creating, executing, and monitoring program-level communication, quality, and change management strategies.


Key Responsibilities



  • Create project documentation and project plans to team standards, soliciting business sign-off, governance, and action where appropriate.
  • Provide support and oversight of implementation through project completion.
  • Manage multiple project deadlines, budgets, margins, and contracted deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review the current state of projects, issues, additional needs, and answer questions.
  • Develop and implement consistent and standardized processes and methodology.
  • Drive the intellectual content on engagements, serving as the lead professional and driving the highest quality of work.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and seek out additional business development opportunities.
  • Ensure the team achieves performance and customer service metrics.
  • Should be well-versed with JIRA, Azure, or equivalent skills, i.e., creating tasks, subtasks, managing the entire dashboard, generating reports, etc.
  • Experience with agile frameworks, scrum, estimation techniques, managing scrum calls, etc.
  • Experience in handling performance appraisals, feedback management, conflict resolution, and overall team motivation.

Required Qualifications:



  • Consulting experience is highly preferred.
  • Industry-specific consulting experience (FSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare).
  • Merger & acquisition experience.
  • High travel tolerance.
  • PMP/CAPM Certification.

Preferred Experience:



  • Excellent written and oral communication skills preferred.
