Job Title: Project Manager for Installation and Commissioning

The ideal candidate will oversee installation and commissioning of complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems. This includes supervising teams of electro-mechanical installers, guiding them through the process and ensuring timely completion.

Key responsibilities include inspecting and diagnosing complex systems, interpreting engineering drawings, and collaborating with project procurement, safety, and field quality teams to implement Vanderlande's standard of execution.

  • Lead site execution work, supervise multiple site supervisors, and manage contractors
  • Collaborate with various teams for better planning, procurements, safety implementation, engineering changes, and maintaining standards of execution
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
  • Guide and train electro-mechanical installation teams
  • Inspect and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical systems
  • Interpret engineering drawings in reference to layout, location, and operation of the system
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, mechatronics
  • 6-8 years of experience in handling warehouse systems, parcel or airport systems
  • Experience with different types of sorters, line loop sorters preferred
  • General PLC programming or troubleshooting certification, safety certification IOSH
  • Emergency preparedness training
