Job Description:

The role of a Creative Strategist involves developing innovative ideas and concepts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing creative concepts and visualizations through sketches, storyboards, and roughs.
  • Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to inform creative decisions.
  • Collaborating with the creative team across various media channels.
  • Managing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Delegating tasks and providing direction to team members.
  • Presenting completed ideas to stakeholders.
  • Producing high-quality art layouts by developing art concepts and directing staff.
  • Training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees to improve performance.
  • Maintaining art department work standards by following production, productivity, and quality guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethics and a calm demeanor.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
  • The ability to incorporate feedback and provide/give direction well.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Relevant education or training.
