Chief MEPF

We are seeking a skilled Chief MEPF & HVAC Cost Estimator to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.

• Analyze project requirements and create detailed cost estimates for MEPF & HVAC projects
• Determine the scope of work, materials, and labor required for each project
• Collaborate with design teams to develop accurate cost projections based on current market prices
• Review and evaluate project designs, specifications, and drawings to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare and submit accurate bid proposals within specified deadlines
• Consult with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Monitor and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budget
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

• 4 to 6 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in MEPF & HVAC projects
• Strong knowledge of MEPF & HVAC systems, materials, and installation processes
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret project designs, specifications, and drawings
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation
