Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

We seek an experienced professional to design, develop and maintain data integrations using cloud-based tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop and maintain data integrations using cloud-based tools.
  2. Analyze and resolve complex data integration issues with disparate systems.
  3. Utilize expertise in SQL and XML technologies for data manipulation and integration.
  4. Work extensively with SOAP/REST and HTTP protocols for API integrations.
  5. Apply scripting experience to enhance and automate integration processes.
  6. Demonstrate a passion for delivering effective data solutions.
  7. Exhibit strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  8. Succeed in managing multiple customer issues simultaneously.
  9. Maintain data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in using cloud-based data integration tools.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a customer Support role.
  3. Experience with SQL and XML technologies.
  4. Proficiency with SOAP/REST and HTTP protocols.
  5. Scripting experience.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proven ability to understand, analyze and resolve data integration issues.
  8. Effective time management and multi-tasking abilities.
