Hydraulic Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Design Manager to lead our water supply schemes and irrigation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for determining water requirement calculations, preparing zone plans, and designing hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine water requirements for water supply schemes and irrigation pipe distribution networks.
- Prepare zone plans and chak planning for projects.
- Develop pipeline layouts and hydraulic designs using Water GEMS software.
- Design L-sections of pipelines using AutoCAD and E survey Software.
- Conduct investigations, surveys, and design engineering calculations.
- Prepare working drawings and estimates for water supply schemes and irrigation projects.
- Work out item-wise bills of quantity and quantity estimations.
- Obtain design approvals from government departments and vetting institutes.
- Travel to sites and government departments for convincing, scrutiny, and approval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in hydraulic design and management.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline hydraulics, water supply schemes, and irrigation systems.
- Proficiency in Water GEMS, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and E survey Software.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
