Job Title

Seller Consultant, Business Development

We are seeking a skilled Seller Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with sellers.

Responsibilities
  • Connecting with sellers who have started the registration process for Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT) India
  • Identifying seller pain points across the account registration to launch lifecycle
  • Formulating plans to mitigate these pain points and improve funnel conversion rate
  • Supporting sellers' launch and sales growth on Walmart by guiding them on relevant input levers adoption
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on personal KPIs and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Working with various stakeholders and teams across the Walmart organization to understand their needs and deliver short-term & long-term business goals
Requirements
  • MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
  • 1+ years of Business development or account management experience in recruiting and managing clients
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry
  • Experience in independently analyzing & solving problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with and influence large strategic sellers and brands
