Financial Expert in Healthcare Investments

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Investment Banking Specialist. In this critical role, you will be responsible for executing transactions and providing financial advisory services to clients focused on India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, including industry trends and market dynamics.
- Lead the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
- Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, capital raising, and other financial transactions.
- Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interactions with deal team members and other advisors.
- Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in healthcare investment banking with a strong understanding of the sector.
- Proven financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is essential.
