Mechanical Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP design specialist to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed MEP drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using Autodesk Revit.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-voltage systems).
- Collaborate with architectural and structural teams for clash detection and coordination.
- Prepare BOQs for MEP services aligned with design and execution requirements.
- Support tendering processes with technical documentation.
- Revise and update models and drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with vendors and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Perform quantity take-offs and support procurement processes by providing detailed schedules.
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- 4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Revit MEP in commercial/office space projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
- Experience preparing BOQs and technical documentation for tendering.
- Excellent understanding of building services codes and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
