  • Defect Detection Rate: 95% of critical issues identified before release.
  • Defect Leakage: 5% of high-severity issues reported post-release.
  • Test Coverage: 90% of functional requirements validated per sprint.
  • Bug Closure Rate: 90% of reported bugs resolved within committed sprint.
Required Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools is necessary.
  • Ability to write clear and structured test cases is required.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills are vital.
