NanoQuinn is seeking an experienced and dynamic State-Level Network Development Manager - B2B & B2C to lead and expand our dealer and distribution network.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing both B2B and B2C channels while leading a team to drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and expand the dealer & distributor network for nanotechnology-based surface solutions.
- Appoint and manage state distributors, and local dealers for B2B (industries, OEMs, infra) & B2C (retail, household, hardware).
- Evaluate and ensure smooth supply chain operations and sales growth within the state.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Channel Development, Dealer Development, or Distribution Management.
- Proven experience in handling B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in market research and sales analytics.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
