NanoQuinn is seeking an experienced and dynamic State-Level Network Development Manager - B2B & B2C to lead and expand our dealer and distribution network.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing both B2B and B2C channels while leading a team to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and expand the dealer & distributor network for nanotechnology-based surface solutions.
  • Appoint and manage state distributors, and local dealers for B2B (industries, OEMs, infra) & B2C (retail, household, hardware).
  • Evaluate and ensure smooth supply chain operations and sales growth within the state.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Channel Development, Dealer Development, or Distribution Management.
  • Proven experience in handling B2B and B2C sales channels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in market research and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
