Accounting Expertise

We seek a seasoned accounting expert to drive our financial operations forward. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in GAAP & IFRS compliance to oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Oversight

    Provide guidance on GAAP & IFRS compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Process Optimization

    Guide the optimization of processes within QuickBooks, SAP, and other ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.

  • Financial Operations Management

    Oversee payroll, invoicing, and end-to-end accounting operations, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.

  • Financial Modeling and Analysis

    Develop and review financial models, forecasts, and budgeting frameworks to inform strategic business decisions.

  • Automation and Technology

    Drive the adoption of Excel automation, AI, and RPA technologies to streamline accounting workflows and enhance productivity.

  • Insight-Driven Decision Making

    Provide actionable insights to support process improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Finance and Accounting Expertise

    Demonstrate a strong background in finance and accounting with hands-on experience in various domains of accounting and financial operations.

  • ERP Systems Proficiency

    Exhibit proficiency in ERP systems (QuickBooks/SAP) and ability to adapt to new systems.

  • Excel and Automation Skills

    Display advanced Excel and automation skills to efficiently manage complex financial data and tasks.

  • Emerging Technologies Knowledge

    Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies such as AI and RPA in accounting, and be able to apply this knowledge to drive business value.

  • Analytical and Communication Skills

    Possess excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex financial information.
