We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Doctor to join our clinical team as a Medical Counselor and Clinical Support Doctor. This exciting role combines patient consultation, IV infusion oversight, emergency preparedness, and surgical assistance experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough consultations, review medical histories, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Educate patients on IV protocols, regenerative therapies, and treatment plans in clear language.
  • Address patient queries, building trust and confidence before, during, and after treatments.
Clinical & Procedural Support:
  • Set up IV lines with precision, ensuring pain-free insertion for every patient.
  • Oversee IV infusions and regenerative therapy administration, adhering to established protocols.
  • Support physicians in minor procedures, regenerative injectables, and surgical preparation when needed.
  • Monitor patient vitals, identify early warning signs, and act quickly in emergencies.
Pre- & Post-Procedure Care:
  • Prepare patients thoroughly for procedures, including complete pre-treatment clearances and education.
  • Provide guidance on post-infusion care, including hydration, medication, and activity instructions.
  • Follow up on recovery progress and ensure seamless handover for continuing care.
Required Qualifications:
  • BHMS, BAMS, or MBBS degree with valid registration under the relevant council.
  • 3–7 years of clinical experience, with proven expertise in IV cannulation, ICU/critical care environments, and emergency management protocols.
