Key Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide leadership assessments and 360 surveys to clients on internal and external platforms.
  • Gather project requirements, set up, and deliver assessments/simulations.
  • Report setup and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Collate scores from different tools to maintain a database.
  • Analyze scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  • Create dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify innovative ways to improve current execution processes.
  • Operate independently with strong domain knowledge.
  • Support consulting assignments and interface with external clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions like mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.
  • Business communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to communicate thoughts and ideas verbally and in writing.
