Job Description

As an Interior Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of interior projects. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing quotes, bills of quantities, and budgets for projects;
  • Tracking and monitoring design changes and updating project documentation accordingly;
  • Coordinating with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications on project scope;
  • Organizing and maintaining all project-related files and documentation for easy access;
  • Acting as the single point of contact for major clients to ensure seamless communication;
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion;
  • Conducting budget analysis for all projects to ensure costs remain within approved limits;
  • Assisting in final billing and closure of project accounts;
  • Supporting project managers and executives with any administrative or coordination requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields;
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and bills of quantities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
