Web Developer Job DescriptionJob Description:

We are seeking a skilled web developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various stages of web application development, including understanding business requirements, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of development experience and a minimum of 3 years of solid web application development experience using ASP.NET and C#.
  • Strong skills in web-based technologies, including HTML, XML, and CSS.
  • Experience with tools such as Visual Studio, TFS, Azure DevOps, and IIS.
  • Expert-level programming experience in MVC (4.0+), jQuery, and other relevant technologies.
  • A strong foundation of object-oriented design and development principles.
  • Experience with Entity Framework, SQL Server, and LINQ.
  • Experience with Web Services and SOA, including SOAP/XML and RESTful Web APIs/JSON.
  • Experience in integrating web page content using a CMS tool, preferably Kentico.
  • Experience with integrating web applications with popular CRM tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • TDD (Test-Driven Development) and unit testing experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile processes and estimation techniques is a plus.
  • Experience working with .NET Core, Azure technologies, and Azure DevOps is a plus.

The role involves creating and executing application and deployment testing through the creation of unit tests and functional testing. Optimization of code performance and processing methods is also an essential part of this role. Automation of manual processes to increase development velocity and deployment quality is highly valued.

Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Recent Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
