Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Oversee the management of servers and networks to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• - Establish new link connections and the requisite IT infrastructure at newly initiated project sites.
• - Ensure data backup, access control, IT security, software licensing, and compliance with guidelines to achieve 100% adherence.
• - Plan job responsibilities and deliver IT support services to users at project locations.
• - Manage IT budgeting, procurement processes, maintain an efficient inventory, and engage in discussions regarding procurement needs.
• - Supervise daily operations to address escalations.
• - Track the progress of new implementations and report findings to stakeholders.
• - Monitor incidents related to IT security.
• - Act as a liaison for IT requirements and discussions.
• - Oversee e-waste management.
• - Manage asset inventory.
• - Utilize soft skills to effectively engage with user managers across various organizational levels.
• - Conduct inspections of quality processes employed by IT implementation partners.
• - Facilitate IT audits.
• - Review compliance with regulations and identify gaps.
• - Provide compliance reports in accordance with established procedures.
• - Oversee asset lifecycle management for both software and hardware.
• - Continuously offer feedback to enhance process efficiency.
• - Strategically plan for new requirements and the establishment of new locations.
