Oracle Integration Expert

As a senior integration professional, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced data integration solutions utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud.

This role requires 7–10 years of experience in data integration and expertise in OIC to deliver high-performing integrations.

  • Develop scalable data integration solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and third-party systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development
  • Architect end-to-end integration flows ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
  • Lead the design and development of robust data integration solutions using OIC.
Optimization & Re-engineering
  • Re-engineer existing integrations for improved performance, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize OIC's advanced adapters, orchestration patterns, and error-handling frameworks.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers enforcing best practices.
  • Participate in architectural discussions influencing technical decision-making.
Troubleshooting & Support
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical/functional issues through root-cause analysis.
  • Implement monitoring and support mechanisms for production-grade integrations.
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical leads translating requirements into effective solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and process flows.
Best Practices & Governance
  • Advocate integration best practices, API security, governance, and management within OIC.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of integration artifacts.

To succeed in this position, you should possess strong leadership skills, hands-on OIC expertise, and effective communication skills.
