Audit Services Manager Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals in audit services, reviews, and compilations. Your responsibilities will include leading engagement teams, mentoring staff, building client relationships, and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Lead planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations to ensure high-quality client service.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations of audit engagements, including staffing, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.
  3. Supervise and support engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication with partners.
  4. Collaborate with partners on client issue resolution and provide recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting matters.
  5. Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines.
  6. Create and track engagement budgets to identify inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of public accounting experience, with leadership experience and staff supervision.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, auditing skills, including US GAAP familiarity.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills, with ability to develop outstanding client/internal relationships.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, along with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management skills, attention to detail, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
