Branch Operations Manager

This key role plays a pivotal part in achieving business targets and insurance sales across a defined cluster of branches, fostering a progressive partnership with the bank. The Branch Operations Manager requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise executives to achieve agreed business targets and insurance sales in the defined cluster and build a progressive partnership with the bank.
  • Manage discrepancies at the cluster level, provide support for ongoing issue resolution, manage initiatives deployed, and provide on-the-job training for operational processes and workflows to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the hiring process, counsel and mentor performance, conduct fortnightly Performance Reviews and Progression (PRPs), co-create and implement recognition platforms to build a capable and motivated team in the Yes Bank Relationship.
  • Anticipate training requirements for the partner and lead the development and deployment of partner training programs to increase the selling effectiveness of owned as well as partner teams.
  • Evaluate that system requirements are met to ensure the relationship is productive and mutually beneficial and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
  • Deploy and monitor implementation specifically Bank staff contests/Relational and Referral to accelerate revenue generation with the Channel.
