  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of large language models and AI applications.
  • Possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.
  • Leverage cloud-based services to build and deploy AI applications.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and have experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
  • Have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex or equivalent frameworks.
  • Carry a rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced retrieval-augmented generation based AI solutions.
  • Possess a strong understanding of large language models, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks and make decisions effectively.
  • Have experience in applying advanced fine-tuning methods to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or similar.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in AI development.
