Job Title:

Factory Operations Director

Role Overview:

This is a pivotal leadership position overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Excellence:
    • Prioritize and execute daily production plans to achieve targets.
    • Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
    • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
  • Talent Leadership:
    • Motivate and lead a team of production staff in a collaborative work environment.
    • Provide coaching, training, and support to ensure team success.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and maintain quality control measures to meet industry standards.
    • Address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Safety Management:
    • Enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures.
  • Inventory Optimization:
    • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
    • Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Packaging Industry, with 8-10 years in Corrugation industry.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in corrugation sector.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local language is mandatory.
  • Responsible for Profit & Loss of the Factory.
  • Should have knowledge about billing.
  • Handled HR Functions.
Skills & Competencies:
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in production processes and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Techno Commercial Skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
