About Software Quality Assurance Engineers:

  • We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in software testing, with hands-on experience in testing POS systems, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and API testing (Postman, SOAP UI or similar) is required.
  • Automation testing skills using Selenium-Java or similar tools are also necessary.
  • Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink is essential.
  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working and strong communication skills (verbal & written) are must-haves.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearly understand requirements and raise questions if anything is missing.
  • Keep track of queries and updates so the team always has clarity.
  • Create test cases and scenarios to cover all possible situations.
  • Prepare and manage test data (POS setups, menu, kiosk flows, integrations).
  • Perform manual and automation testing – including system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Test APIs, POS systems, kiosks, and menu modules.
  • Report bugs, track them, and follow through until resolved.
  • Join daily calls/meetings with onsite teams to discuss issues and updates.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure everything meets the acceptance criteria.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing/QA.
  • Hands-on experience in testing POS, menus, kiosks, loyalty/payment/delivery integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app testing (iOS/Android).
  • API testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI or similar).
  • Automation testing skills using Selenium-Java or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with QA tools like JIRA, Zephyr, QC, TestLink.
  • Good understanding of Agile ways of working.
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.
