Hiring experienced Product Managers to drive business growth in BFSI domains

We are seeking talented professionals with a strong background in product ownership and domain expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to translate business needs into customer-centric digital solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to define vision and manage product backlogs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business priorities.

2. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in respective domains.

3. Own and prioritize the product backlog using Agile best practices.

4. Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment.

5. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.

Domain Tracks

Credit Analysis

1. Experience in credit assessment processes and regulatory reporting.

2. SME on RWA calculator (RWA, RoRWA, EL calculation).

Insurance (Life, Health, General)

1. Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, actuarial, compliance.

2. Experience in digital insurance product development.

Risk & Compliance

1. Experience in risk assessment, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

2. Ability to manage project/product delivery with regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

1. 7+ years of total experience, including 4+ years as a Product Owner.

2. Strong business analysis & documentation skills.

3. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

4. Proven stakeholder management & communication skills.

5. Track record of delivering high-impact digital products in BFSI.
