Lead Architecture Designer Opportunity

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Lead Architecture Designer to join our team and lead high-profile projects in private and public sectors. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality architecture design solutions, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality architecture design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement design solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and assess project requirements to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in architecture design, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
  • Chartered status or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Revitzo, BIM 360, Navisworks, and MS Office.
  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software and landscape design tools.
