Product Owner Job Description

Storable India is seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the development of innovative software solutions that delight clients and solve complex problems. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather feedback from clients, support teams, and executives to define products that meet client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct user testing to validate the value of proposed changes and ensure acceptance.
  • Create and maintain user stories with clear acceptance criteria and break them down into smallest valuable increments.
  • Maintain Storable India's product architecture and Domain Model for owned product features.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers to create screen mockups and prototypes.
  • Prioritize the product backlog to achieve key business outcomes.
  • Sequence the product roadmap with Storable India product leaders to make measurable progress against company objectives.
  • Preview proposed changes and review working software with the team and stakeholders to ensure a product change is understood, communicated, and properly supported.
  • Facilitate and lead sprint zero planning sessions to achieve team commitment and accurate forecasts.
  • Analyze system integrations to establish domain entity relationships and data mapping logic.
  • Establish and drive go-to-market activities and release planning for developed product features.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and assemble inputs into a plan to deliver customer value.
  • Experience working on complex system integrations with API-driven designs.
  • Ability to analyze data-driven solutions and translate them into clear data requirements.
  • Experience managing a SaaS product.
  • Experience working in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and engineering work in close collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, including writing actionable and detailed user stories.
  • Passion for understanding user behavior and building great online user experiences.
  • Comfort with both the art (user empathy, design) and science (analytics, statistics, structured hypotheses) of product management.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate why improvements are made, what is hoped to be learned, and how they fit into a larger overall strategy.
  • Resourcefulness in solving problems.
  • Talent for building advocacy and buy-in among colleagues.
  • Ability to navigate hard conversations and produce desired outcomes for all participants.
  • Manages projects independently.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Product Manager role.
