The Role of a Construction Supervisor

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a construction supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities and ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Supervision: You will supervise site activities to ensure that they meet the required standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and address any issues.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints to ensure that sites are constructed in accordance with plans.
Requirements:
  • Supervisory Skills: You must have supervisory skills and experience in civil engineering or construction.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
