SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Lead with a strong background in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting to lead our team of experts in designing, building, and configuring applications that meet the needs of our business. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure application development aligns with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • Lead and manage the application development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Take accountability for team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technical decisions.
  • Provide solutions to complex business and technical challenges across teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
